Maybe the minigun/missile one. Hybrid weapons where as you then have the laser cerberus

Maybe the minigun/missile one. Hybrid weapons where as you then have the laser cerberus Yep, that's it. @everyone We really need to make a difficulty list for every alien ship (most of them are probably very similar). So let's start with the alien heavy battlecruiser: Behemoth - 10000 Aegaeon - 7000 Odysseus - 6500 Cerberus AntiMatter - 6000 Cerberus Hybrid - 5500 Hydra - 5000 Titan Missile - 4500 Titan AntiMatter - 4200 Titan Hybrid - 4000 Athena Missile - 3800 Athena Mini Gun - 3700 Centaur Hybrid - 3500 Centaur Mini Gun - 3000 Cerberus Laser - 2500 Athena Plasma - 2400 Hercules Plasma - 2400 Platform Mini Gun - 2400 Platform Laser - 2000 Platform Plasma - 1600 Centaur Nuke - 1500 Centaur Plasma - 1000 Centaur Laser - 800 Centaur Flak - 700 Ore Mine - 650 Gladiator Mini Gun - 600 Shipyard - 550 Factory - 500 Fighter - 500 Striker - 500 Gladiator Laser - 500 Gladiator Plasma - 450 Gladiator Radar - 300 Comm Link - 200 Space Portal - 150 Comm Relay - 75 WeldMaster - 50 OreMaster - 50 Harvester - 10

But i mostly agree with you on this chart, although i think the Aegeon should be moved up higher than the behemoth, both arre tough but you can take aegeon down faster than the behemoth which will leave the behemoth a little weaker

I could really use some help with arranging the alien turrets vs EDF objects. All I need is a list of what you believe the alien double barreled weapon can deal with best to worst. E.g. Behemoth, Aegaeon, Cerberus, ..., harvester for example. No numbers needed, just the order. Thanks.

Hmm..
Im not so sure
The double barrel could go against fast ships IE gladiators and fighters
The Vacuum cleaner weapon could go for heavy ships
And the single barrel could go for medium or smaller ships

Ok, thanks for the input. Here is another screenshot, showing clear advantages of the recent AI changes. As you can see, the battlecruiser is completely ignoring the Behemoth and is moving right for the mothership, of course, if the Behemoth came to close it would start attacking it. Attachments:

OK, in your opinion, for the ships listed here, which targets are out of question (or should be the lowest in the priority list), for example, the battlecruiser shouldn't waste its time attacking fighters: // Heavy battlecruiser. // Light battlecruiser. // Heavy destroyer. // Light destroyer. // Heavy corvette. // Light corvette. // Drone carrier. // Heavy carrier. // Light carrier. // Heavy fighter. // Light fighter.

// Heavy battlecruiser. // lol comment out all the things. // shouldn't bother with fighters and strikers.
// Light battlecruiser. // shouldn't target heavy ships (Aegeon, Behemoth) unless there are no other convenient targets.
// Heavy destroyer. // shouldn't target heavy ships (Aegeon, Behemoth) unless there are no other convenient targets. // should probably target fighters more because it's one of the only ships with effective anti-fighter coverage. Either that or the aliens need a point defence turret.
// Light destroyer. // shouldn't target heavy ships (Aegeon, Behemoth) unless there are no other convenient targets.
// Heavy corvette. // shouldn't target large ships (Cerberus, Aegeon, Behemoth) unless there are no other convenient targets
// Light corvette. // shouldn't target large ships (Cerberus, Aegeon, Behemoth) unless there are no other convenient targets
// Drone carrier. // nothing it "shouldn't" target, really. Maybe prioritize smaller ships.
// Heavy carrier. // shouldn't target fighters and ships larger than Centaurs, unless there are no other targets.
// Light carrier. // shouldn't target fighters and ships larger than Centaurs, unless there are no other targets.
// Heavy fighter. // shouldn't target fighters and ships larger than Centaurs, unless there are no other targets.
// Light fighter. // shouldn't target fighters and ships larger than Centaurs, unless there are no other targets.
...you know, looking at this list, the Aliens really need some better point defence. Also, none of the ships are really suited for anti-capital ship combat except the heavy battlecruiser.
Then again, safety in numbers. If the aliens could come in coherent waves, all attacking at once instead of in small batches of specific ship types depending on travel time, difficulty would increase a fair amount.

IMO i think the double barrel should go for medium ships AND fighters
the Single should go for mostly smaller or less armed ships
and the Vacuum cleaner should go for heavy ships and objects

Haha, sorry about "commenting out", just took it right from the code. Anyway, this looks like a very reasonable list of exceptions right there. Yes, they don't have very effective weapons against fast moving objects indeed. Perhaps we could introduce a "very heavy" destroyer that uses the same turrets as the heavy battlecruiser, or even better replace the light and heavy destroyer turrets with that of the battlecruisers. The light destroyer is actually really pointless.

Actually there's one thing the Drone Carrier should really stay away from, the laser Centaurs and Cerberus.
