Sure! I have raid, is that good enough?? lol, anyway WOW they sure look different! TBH it will take a while to get used to them now. but they sure do look like bugs! Is this their final appearence? like, yann officially finished those so far models? Are the aliens now going to be insectoids of some sort? Like the maverics in the movie and book "ender's game"? Anyway they do look better than the old models!

I personally don't think the Beast design should be changed, I personally believe the bug design for the Beast throws the game out of synch.

Anyway they do look better than the old models! No, of course they're still early versions. I honestly don't know, if they should be too much like bugs, just like Mike said below it feels kind of "wrong". I personally don't think the Beast design should be changed, I personally believe the bug design for the Beast throws the game out of synch. Hm, you might be right. It almost feels like you are literally battling giant cock roaches flying through space. The smaller ships don't show these extreme bug features that much, so they are ok. Perhaps I should post the new ships on Facebook, so that more people can leave their opinion about them.

The biggest problem with the beasts (if you can imagine this for a moment), is that they look like living creatures, yet float through space like they are ships, with no movement of their legs or any other body part, just as if they are dried up and dead. It feels really odd.

Just talked to Yann and he assured me, that with added texturing, lighting etc. it will look like a ship. So apparently there is no need to worry.

I can see it now mostly. Its like the aliens killed giant space roaches or whatever the heck they are, and used it for a ship. Its kinda funny if you ask me, but since you talked to him, Ok!

Are we going to keep the Beast as is, or is it going to be changed as well???

I think the beast is going to make a few minor changes before the final release. Most people aren't to popular with the giant cockroach look. All other alien ships look freaking fantastic.

With colors in place it looks very different. Also, it only appears in this one mission, so it's not a big deal anyway. I think we should focus our efforts on other, more important things.

:DYeah, but like he said way earlier, itll look like you will battle giant cock-roaches cruising around space, and they look kind of dead. but anyway ill stop getting off topic
