I'm happy to announce that all ships you buy from the garage can now collect experience points and will receive improvements in speed and hull strength. There are 4 levels of improvement: 1 - 5% 2 - 20% 3 - 45% 4 - 80% Of course reaching higher levels will get exceedingly hard. But I think it's totally worth it, since having an almost twice as fast and durable Cerberus is quiet something I guess,... not to mention the Aegaeon.

Oh nice, the XP for games is always an interesting idea. Is it going to be like C&C where you can see the ships rank or will it just automatically rank up and you can see that it's ranked up by how fast and tough it becomes?

Yeah, exactly like in C&C, with small icons showing the current rank of your units.

Does it move with you from mission to mission or does it start at 0 for every mission

You definitely get to keep the experience points, in fact, you will have to do a lot of damage to reach the higher ranks... So one mission would probably not be sufficient anyway.

You could probably farm experience points in Starport One. Just position your ships, and let the enemy come.
Farm farm farmity farm.

haha farmity farm farm farm. Or you could farm experience points while farming resources in the mining levels, those masterminds spawn enemies like fools.

Maybe in the future, experience could unlock different paintjobs or weapon layouts. (For cerberus)

Better was to farm is survival higher levels means way more ships just group everything and fire away.

Have your ships just out of range of the masterminds and just wait for them to spawn.

Also could you mod the healing turrets so they heal the weakest ships first rather than focusing on one untill its fully repaired.

Well, actually that is what is happening already. The problem is that ships and turrets are both treated as individual objects. The healing turrets select the most damaged objects first, independent of whether they are turrets or ships. A ship with good health may have a badly damaged turret and it may appear as if the healing turret was repairing the ships itself, when in fact it's repairing that turret. Maybe in the future the repair turrets should focus on ships first, then on turrets!
