It said the version was 2.0.7 when it was 2.0.6 (for some reason). So now I have to re download the update (?). Very odd.

Keep up the great work; i just deleted the game to reinstall it and experience all the new features from ground zero! Talk about a pathetic addiction here!

Ok that would make sense. You probably downloaded it during the transition phase (while it updated the description etc., but not the binary). v2.0.7 (and the beta you probably had installed) stores data in a slightly different way, v2.0.6 is of course not aware of these changes. If you update to the actual v2.0.7 then everything should return, however, try to make a backup before updating (just to be on the safe side).
