You can! I've already added your device... Just drag the files into iTunes and sync your device with it.

Damn! I'll try my best to find the cause ASAP... Your device will probably have created crash logs. If you could send these to me (spaceborders@gmail.com), that would help a lot. Thanks! Here is how to get the logs: 1 - Sync your device with iTunes. 2 - You will then find the logs here: Mac OS X: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME> Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME> Windows Vista or 7: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME> The files have a *.crash extension. It's most likely the file names will look something like this "SpaceBorders_XXX.crash".

Crash logs sent.
I find it annoying how every time I play an attack mission a swarm of Purple Suns keep following Strikers off super far away to turn up much much later. For instance I destroy the HQ, but then have to wait a couple minutes for the Purple Suns to show up so I can finish the mission.

Funnily enough I now find the radar cooldown too short. Can we try a 8 min cooldown? Sorry

Oh yeah on the map system names are really weirdly placed. For example Kifalas and Krion are apparently both in the Morongy system despite being seperated by many other sectors belonging to different systems.

- Wow, the crash logs are not very helpful this time. Not going to be easy to trace the source of the problem. - Yeah, the Purples are pretty annoying when it comes to following their target. Actually this might be what causes the Startport issue. Here is what could be done: give the Purples a limited lifespan, say two minutes. - OK, no problem, we can increase the base scan timer. That's one of the goals of beta testing after all. - You will find that all sectors within a certain system have a similar color theme and the system names are actually taken from the language and represent certain colors. Well, now it's time to find the cause of that annoying crash!

Oh, I see now.
I don't understand how that would be a logical way of naming systems, but never mind that.
Any progress on fixing the crashes?

The timer for Purples would be good. 2 mins seems reasonable, given they you usually only encounter them at close range anyway.

- Well, it's just that it's easier to program that way. Since every sector already has a "theme" property, it can be used to generate that short description without any extra work. Granted, it would make a lot more sense if groups (clusters) of sectors would make up a system. I just figured that most players wouldn't care too much about that description anyway. If you believe it should be changed because it might be confusing for some, then I will gladly change it . - The crashes are driving me insane. I just can't seem to reproduce them anymore and the logs so far have not helped much. Will check out the new log now. In the worst case, I'll simply rewrite that mission, but it'll probably be a different style then.
