Strategic View scrolling issue

Does this always happen, or only occasionally? Also, what device are you using? Thanks for reporting btw.

OK, I believe I've fixed the issue. The scrolling does no longer interfere with the map and vice versa. Will upload a new version soon. Hopefully the many recent updates won't bother players too much, especially since the changes are only minimal/bug fixes.
