This bug has been here since i first got the game. it doesnt annoy me and its not game harming or breaking but id thought id point it out. i think its self explanitory Then when i move the screen SLIGHTLY up again, nothing major, and im sorry ive made many threads and requests the last few days, im just hyped for no reason LOL. EDIT: sometimes it happens on ships too, i think its a little funny though

Oh yeah, I know this bug all too well. Since nobody ever mentioned it, I ignored it. It's not exactly a bug. You see, the Space Borders engine renders only things that are on the screen, which is really important when it comes to performance. Calculating what is on the screen and what not, when done very precisely, is computationally very expensive, which is why the Space Borders engine uses a method of roughly estimating it instead. This estimation technique just doesn't happen to work great for objects, that have one side much longer than the other. I can improve on it though, it's just that I thought nobody really cared, or payed attention to it that much.

Sure, sure, and you could really call it a bug. I just wanted to explain where the problem comes from.

Understood it just catches my attention every now and then I do although get a rare occurrence if i scan only a little part of a big ship I.e. a destroyer or battlecruiser itll look like floating turrets, some turrets will show, normally one or 2. its funny but i think thats more of a bug than the rendering. doesnt annoy me that much, but it does have the artillery go ONLY on that turret and not on the other parts of the ship. again, its been a "bug" for a long time. ill try to screenshot it next time i see it

No need to post a screenshot. Believe me, all of it has the same reason. Even the artillery effect is only visible when the attacked object is considered to be on screen. All of these precautions save lots and lots of CPU and even more so GPU cycles, allowing all the action that is on the screen to render very fluently. However, I'll take a look and perhaps eliminate these glitches in the next update.
