Uploaded v3.1.5, has to be reviewed first though.

- Fixes CM sector button bug.

- Adds new "dreamy backgrounds", which are basically very smooth abstract pattern like derivatives of the original background images. The great thing about them is that they interfere far less with the foreground than the original backgrounds.

Space Borders: Lot's of new posts here. Sorry that I'm not very responsive atm, but I'm really busy, working almost every free minute I have on HS.
