Hi First off, this game is awesome. I read that this is a one man show, and I really think that you did a great job Secondly, I have a few requests: 1. I know this has been mentioned before, but please add a save function. The missions take quite a while, so a save function would be very helpful. 2. Could you possibly speed up the capital ships slightly(Athena, etc)? Right now they take a ridiculously long time to turn and move. The mothership itself is fine because of the cruise function but the other ships are really slow. It could be that I'm more used to faster paced games but I hope you can take this into consideration. 3. Is it possible to add an upgrade to increase the amount of energy you ship has? There's only recharge upgrade now, but having a way to increase energy capacity would be great! A health increase upgrade would be useful too. 4. Allow us to buy more miners and tac. fighters, with the price increasing exponentially? e.g. 1st free, second $500, third $1000, fourth $2000 etc. Overall, I think this is a great game, and I hope you keep working on it and make it better and better!

Oh I missed one out! Could you please increase the visual range for ships? It would be very helpful, especially as the maps are so huge. Thanks

Hello Clinkz, thanks a lot for the compliments, they mean a lot to me. Concerning your requests: 1- I'll do my best to add this in the next major update. A lot of requests have already been made and it seems like there's no way around it anymore. 2- Will try to carefully increase the speeds. My greatest fear is that it might make the game unbalanced. Lots of testing will be required to determine the proper changes. 3- Was thinking about linking this upgrade with the energy rate upgrade, i.e. every upgrade gives you also 10% more energy. What do you think? 4- Check out the OreMaster. It will make you forget about the standard harvester quickly. Also: you can buy as many as you can get into the hangar. Fighters and better radar? Only one word: Hydra! Once you get it, I'm sure you'll agree. Happy gaming and let me know what you think about the Hydra, once you get it.

Going off of the wingman request, have the formation around a main ship be more like a guard feature like that of Command and Conquer like. Set the wingmen into formation around the ship but when an enemy comes within visual/radar range, the wingmen take off from the ship and go actively attack the pursuing enemy ship?!?!?! That would be more proactive for defenses around the Oremaster

Oh maybe if it's not too much to develop, maybe like an group-auto-dock procedure? That way instead of have to dock every individual ship, which i have 10, you would just have to click a button then select the ships you want to dock?!?!

I think Ben has requested something similar in another post. A feature where you can recall all your ships at once. If you want to dock individual ships, you can do so from the strategic view actually. Yeah, I know, it's not that straight forward, because you have to scroll through the list and tap dock for every single ship. Ok how about this (as a compromise): most of the time you dock ships, it's because they have suffered some damage. What if there was a button that would only dock those ships that have been damaged by more than 50%?

Yea the 50% sounds good. Especially since everything starts to go downhill for the smaller ships around that amount of HP.

The wingmen idea sounds interesting, but my greatest fear is that you may lose control over the wingmen, if they become too autonomous. But maybe if it's combined with the recall function...

Yea the guard function would work only when they were placed in formation around the target to be guarded. Like have a selection button to select the ships you want to guard the target and then tell them to guard it. But if you want them to go do other things then you can still select them and tell them what to do now. They would only be auto-controlled during their guard time?!

Ok got it. But imagine the following: You have an OreMaster which is guarded by a few units. Now an enemy comes along and the units intercept it, leaving the formation temporarily. During this time, the OreMaster would be exposed. The question is: When do ships leave the formation to attack the enemy and how are multiple enemies handled?
I think I know what's troubling you with the way wingmen work. It's probably that they do not engage enemies until they are in range, while in fact they could combine all of their firepower and deal with the enemy much faster, right?

I dont know how the multiple enemies thing would work but i guess at that point it would be up to the user to handle it as they see fit, after the ships break off to engage. Yes if it was just a single enemy then they could gang up on it and then when everything was clear they could rejoin the guard targets formation.

Ok, how about this: You assign wingmen to a ship (leader). When you select a leader, a small button appears at the bottom that allows you to toggle between aggressive/defensive stance. If aggressive, the leader will order the wingmen to attack, otherwise they will stay with the leader.

Sorry to add another request to your list, but could you implement a mass selection tool? Maybe implement the ability to draw a box that selects all ships inside it. Would be a lot easier to mass move ships this way, instead of one by one or in a formation that takes a time to set up.
