WeldMasters are weak on max difficulty because they get focused down so fast :/
Played through Starport One and my two WeldMasters were my first (and only) casualties despite being behind a wall of ships. Goodbye, USS Haven and USS Salvation, I hardly knew ye.
Still stuck on Breakdown. Black Hole clears one wave out, but then the next one comes... X.X
Oh also in the main menu battle the front ship of the convoy always gets destroyed (and sometimes the back ship) and so the remainder sits there forever.

Alright, after 2 and a half hours i finally beat Breakdown. I got my arse whopped countless times (at least 20) untill i figured out a strategy to finally beat it, But i couldnt beat it without casualties. Half of the time the mine was destroyed! other times the escape pods were killed. I hate that mission now. I think we should lower the difficulty on it. I havent tried CM yet, mostly cause i want to focus on the campaign and DSM. Speaking of campaign, starport one (max difficulty) is somewhat difficult with advanced formations and others. Id say the difficulty level from Least to most is: Overload (Very easy) Evacuation (Very Easy) Wastelands(Very Easy) Last Stand(Easy) Offensive(Medium) Outer Border(Medium) Starport One(Medium-Hard) Breakdown (Total BullS**T) Sorry for my hostility

Yeah I've noticed that too, WeldMasters basically become useless on max difficulty, the same can be said about the harvester, unless you use the entire fleet to protect it. Perhaps we can lower the attack priority of all utility class ships a little bit.

All that can be done is to lower the amount of units spawned and also alter the locations at which they are spawned.

Yea but i mean protectiong stuff and where to go all that jazz. I say we should at least Raise the radar range of the weldmaster! because they die too easilly and it empty's my pockets having to replace them

Gag: Game Crashes if you use antimatter volley. the Bug/Gag hasnt happened before but ill try it a bunch more times to see if it actually happened, or if it was just a gag. EDIT: Yup it was a gag alright, did it about 7 times and no dice  move along EDIT 2: Sorry if i aint reporting much other than gags, i am getting what Clinkzbone reported but nothing new, anyway its because i am time thirsty and dont have much time. But ill try my best

Sorry for not posting anything in a while, but that's because I have nothing further to report other than what has already been reported. Conquest mode intro needs updating again, but other than that all seems good, if much more difficult.

No problem, I'm actually glad there's nothing else.  The second beta will be released soon and it has tons of changes, mainly enhancements. Most of the work is done, but there are still a few things that need some fixing and tweaking. Let me just tell you that for the past couple of weeks, I've been spending 12-14 hours daily working on this game, but both Yann and I are very pleased with the results of our efforts. This is basically the calm before the storm! Currently all efforts are being directed towards atmosphere, rather than new features. So something quite humorous happened today, while playing Wastelands. A mastermind went far off the screen, triggered by continuous artillery fire. Eventually it died and left behind a carrier. The carrier didn't go after any of my ships and I started to worry a lot; would it be Starport One all over again? Turned out the carrier went after the hidden ship, which I placed far away from all the action on purpose, haha.

DSM and survival seem Okay, but it feels like DSM suddenly got harder. even with a different layout. Survival is the same basically. Everything else so far is crystal clear
